She has 10 years of experience as a swimming coach, 12 years as a fitness coach, and 4 years as an aqua aerobic coach. Tina’s expertise and passion for swimming led her to coaching, where she has worked with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, helping them achieve significant milestones through her keen eye for technique and motivation. As a fitness coach, Tina excels in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional fitness, transforming the lives of many clients through personalized training programs and inspiration. She also ventured into aqua aerobics, drawing from her knowledge of swimming and fitness principles to lead invigorating classes that improve cardiovascular fitness and strength in a low-impact environment. Tina is training my 7 years old daughter on swimming and it’s being an amazing journey!

It’s not only about swimming techniques, she is really great in making her confident in the water and push her abilities to the maximum!

I had the privilege of being coached by Tina for the past six months, and it has been an incredible experience. Tina is an exceptional swimming coach who is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and encouraging.

From the very first lesson, I could tell that Tina genuinely cares about her students’ progress and well-being. She has a knack for breaking down complex swimming techniques into manageable steps, making it easy to understand.
