She has 10 years of experience as a swimming coach, 12 years as a fitness coach, and 4 years as an aqua aerobic coach. Tina’s expertise and passion for swimming led her to coaching, where she has worked with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, helping them achieve significant milestones through her keen eye for technique and motivation. As a fitness coach, Tina excels in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional fitness, transforming the lives of many clients through personalized training programs and inspiration. Tina is always there to push you and motivate you. She cares about her clients and she is dedicated to help them reach their goals in a positive atmosphere.

She also has sick dance moves ^^) which makes training even more fun!

Tina helped me get into my target shape for my wedding and I am glad I chose her. I always knew if I had a trainer that wasn’t motivating me I would cancel the sessions, but instead I continued and kept extending our classes. She not only approaches the class with a smile and constant encouragement but sometimes she is even more excited to see the results than I was! She pays attention to your technique and is always keeping any of your past injuries / conditions in mind while recommending any exercise.
