Coach Tina is a highly skilled and dedicated fitness professional with extensive experience in coaching swimming, fitness, and aqua aerobics. She has 10 years of experience as a swimming coach, 12 years as a fitness coach, and 4 years as an aqua aerobic coach. Tina’s expertise and passion for swimming led her to coaching, where she has worked with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, helping them achieve significant milestones through her keen eye for technique and motivation. As a fitness coach, Tina excels in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional fitness, transforming the lives of many clients through personalized training programs and inspiration. She also ventured into aqua aerobics, drawing from her knowledge of swimming and fitness principles to lead invigorating classes that improve cardiovascular fitness and strength in a low-impact environment. I’ve had some experience with PTs around the world and have to say that Tina is the best, hands down. Her knowledge, attention to detail is next to none and her motivation is contagious. I personally never thought I would get up at 7am and train but she has made it possible and that has improved my life so much. She is my coach for life 🙂

I’ve been seeing PTs on and off for years, but Tina is by FAR the best. Her technique, her understanding and her support on the road you are wanting for your own personal body targets.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with her in both in the gym and the pool and they are both fantastic. When I say fantastic it will be tough (as it should be 😉) but the results have been great and I’m looking and feeling a whole lot better because of my time with her.

Tina is a very knowledgeable and results driven coach!

She always explains why we are doing something and took the time to understand how I was feeling each session, to give me a workout that my body and mind could handle! She is super flexible and accommodating in her timings and a great support! Loved working with you Tina!
